For over a century, the Haskell Free Library and Opera House has stood as a powerful symbol of unity and cross-border friendship—one of the only buildings in the world that quite literally connects two nations.

Shawny's show is part of the library fight to maintain this important cultural site in the wake of the US government's decision to close the Canadian entrance. The library is currently raising funds to preserve the loss of this historical institution.
❗NOTE:
Canadians can enter the library from the Canadian back entrance without having to cross the border. A passport is not required - please note that this is NOT a border crossing and visitors must exit through the side they entered from.
